Happy Body Slow Brain, Loyal Wife, Of the Painted Choir and Dead Wildlife
Happy Body Slow Brain delivers a unique mix of music, combining a progressive R&B sound with rock and roll. Fans of Taking Back Sunday will recognize guitarist/vocalist Matthew Fazzi and touring guitarist from the band Isaac Bolivar.
Loyal Wife is a Phoenix five piece featuring David Jensen, Ashley Taylor, Sam Hardwig, Blake Kimball and Spencer Reed. All five members are Valley music veterans with David formerly in Before Braille, Ashley in Velouria, Spencer and Blake in Bronco and October's First Hero together, and Sam in Awake and Alert. Check out their new album Faux Light.
Phoenix's Of the Painted Choir is an indie rock and folk band with a hint of alt-country. Be sure to listen for a subtle Asian influence as well!
