CH3, Scorpion vs Tarantula, Dirty Hairy and Oh Hell No
Fans of the real deal when it comes to old school punk rock will want to head over to Rips this Friday night to see CH3 tear it up. One of the originals on the legendary Posh Boy record label, CH3 is well-known for their incredible 1982 full-length Fear of Life on that label. Tonight's show will be the record release party for the band's latest disc!
Opening the show will be one of the Valley's most intense bands Scorpion vs Tarantula. You are seriously missing out if you have never seen this band tear things up live. Dirty Hairy features two of the members of the Sunnyslope Crew, Shelton Valentine on vocals and Chris Anderson on the guitar. Long time members of the Phoenix punk rock scene will understand the reference. Opening this show will be Oh Hell No, featuring Chuck Holder of Grant and the Geezers fame.
