Candlebox, The Black Moods and Lee Perreira

Score: 0

Formed in Seattle in 1991, Candlebox went quadruple platinum with their 1993 self-titled debut and released two more acclaimed and top-selling albums (1995’s Lucy and 1998’s Happy Pills) before going on a hiatus in 2000. Candlebox regrouped with a 2006 tour, then put out Into the Sun in 2008, followed by 2012’s Love Stories & Other Musings. Their latest album, Disappearing in Airports was released April 2016 and continues to showcase the band's mesh of styles that include the blues, grunge, rock and glam metal. The Black Moods are a three-piece rock outfit hailing from Tempe by way of the Missouri Ozarks. The trio blends various rock and roll styles that span the past four decades to form their own signature sound that resembles what could be described as "the musical offspring of Bad Company and the Foo Fighters." Singer/songwriter Lee Perreira combines classic blues riffs with a soulfully textured vocal style leaving his audience instantly captured. The music of Lee Perreira finds its life in the continuous and passionate pursuit of musical excellence, breathing that passion into the soul of his audience. 21+ show
