Walter Trout Band - Night One

Score: 0

The Walter Trout Band make a triumphant return to the Rhythm Room this evening for Day One of a two-night stint. Walter Trout developed an early fascination for music in 1965 when he first listened to the Paul Butterfield Blues Band. Eight years later he moved to Los Angeles and began playing his guitar supporting legends such as John Lee Hooker. In 1981 he joined Canned Heat, but the feather in his cap was when he joined John Mayall's Bluesbreakers in 1984. He played in that incredible British blues band for five years. Since then Walter Trout has enjoyed immense solo success, including recognition from BBC Radio One as #6 on their list for all-time greatest guitarists. January 25th will be the release of his latest album Survivor Blues.
